The ICO has published a consultation on its draft guidance that seeks to explain the new contractual requirements and liabilities between data controllers and processors under the GDPR.
The guidance is intended to help controllers to understand what needs to be included in a contract and why. It will also help processors to understand their increased responsibilities and liabilities
The consultation runs until 10th October and the relevant response questionnaires and the draft guidance itself can be found on the ICO website.
