The Land Registry are currently undertaking some market research to understand the need for and interest in a XML Gateway to access their eConveyancing services. An XML Gateway would provide a direct link from case management software solutions through to eConveyancing services, automating current manual activities and removing the potential need to dual-key data. The Land Registry are currently seeking the views of residential conveyancers and case management software providers. An online survey is available until Wednesday 25 July.
