One stated objective of OGC of PartnershipsUK and the Office of Government Commerce is to ensure that the OGC ICT Services Model Contract is an effective tool for public sector ICT procurement and delivers its expected benefits. They are therefore canvassing the views of those who have direct experience of drafting, negotiating and using the contract and of those who have recently been involved in an ICT Services contract of more than £10M value (irrespective of whether you used the model contract and drafted a short questionnaire.
This may preface another set of reviews of the Contract, or may just be good housekeeping.

As is traditional with such surveys of views, there is a reward. ‘Everyone who completes and submits the questionnaire before 1st November will receive a summary of the results of the survey by e-mail.’ So if you were hoping for an IPod covered in mink, you’ll have to wait for Santa.
