LiST Publishes New Protocol

LiST, the Litigation Support Technology Group, has released to the public a finalised version of Part 1 of its Data Exchange Protocol (Disclosure Documents) following a consultation period and, on the same day, has released the very first public consultation draft of Part 2 of the Protocol (Disclosure Data).
