The SCL Trustees are pleased to announce that SCL will make a further donation to BAILII, the British and Irish Legal Information Institute.
At BAILII, lawyers and members of the public alike can find British and Irish case law and legislation, European Union case law, Law Commission reports, and other law-related British and Irish material for free. BAILII is at http://www.bailii.org/.
The SCL Trustees stated: ‘We view BAILII as supporting one of our major charitable objectives which is to promote the establishment and development of electronic legal information retrieval systems. We are impressed by the amount of material on the site and the speed at which new judgments are made available. BAILII is a major source of up-to-date legal information for judges, legal practitioners, students and members of the general public. We encourage our members to use and support BAILII.’
