According to reports from a leading IP blogger – {FOSS Patents: http://fosspatents.blogspot.com/2011/08/preliminary-injunction-granted-by.html}, a court in Dusseldorf has granted Apple a preliminary injunction which applies throughout the EU (bar the Netherlands, where separate litigation is in progress). The injunction prohibits Samsung from distributing its Galaxy Tab 10.1. A major marketing campaign for the Tab 10.1 was well underway.
