The Hon. Mr Justice Ramsey
Sir Vivian Ramsey previously enjoyed a notable career in civil engineering. Gaining a degree in Engineering Science and Economics from Oriel College, Oxford, he worked with Ove Arup in both London and Libya.
He was called to the Bar, Middle Temple in 1979, joining Keating Chambers in 1981 and taking Silk in 1992. He was declared Construction Silk of the Year by Construction Design in 1992. He served as Bencher of Middle Temple in 2002 and as Head of Chambers (2002–2005). He was appointed to the High Court Bench Division in 2005. He is currently the judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Court.

Bill Molloy
Bill heads up the contentious side of the Technology and Communications Group at Teacher Stern, and specialises in “heavyweight” commercial, finance, technology and outsourcing dispute resolution which he has specialised in since approximately 1996.
Bill recently joined Teacher Stern from a large City law firm where he practised for 11 years, 6 of which were as a Partner. Bill is a committee member in the IT Disputes Group at SCL and sits on the Technology and Construction Court Users Committee.
