I will be asking our experts for their tips on introducing a legal project management initiative in a law firm: what are the major pitfalls to avoid and how can those charged with leading an initiative ensure they stay on track? Is there a single legal project management system or process that can be successfully deployed on a firmwide basis? To what extent do firms need to distinguish a focus on legal project management from other initiatives looking at legal process improvement?
