The London Solicitors Litigation Association organised a seminar on 26 March called The Impact of IT on the Civil Courts. The aim was to explore “the impact of IT on the process and procedure of the Civil Courts today and in the future”. Chris Dale of Oxford Law and Computing found some glimmers of hope in the detail despite the broken promises of Government.
