Speaker bios:

Joanna de Fonseka is a Legal Director in Lewis Silkin’s Data, Privacy & Cyber team, where she advises leading multinational organisations across a range of industries on data, privacy and cyber matters, as well as AI governance and strategy and the data privacy aspects of implementing AI solutions.  Joanna is also an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a member of the Society for Computers and Law (SCL) Data Privacy Committee.

Julie Dawson leads regulatory and government relations for Yoti digital identity platform, developing policy approaches for fraud prevention and safeguarding and liaising with national and sectoral trust frameworks, in conjunction with Yoti’s internal and external ethics boards.  Julie is an authority in digital identity policy, ethics and governance, and represents Yoti at fora including the World Economic Forum Digital Identity Innovators; techUK, the All Party Parliamentary Group for Digital Identity, the Sprite + Network – Security, Privacy, Identity, and Trust Engagement Network.

Odvar Bjerkholt is a Principal Lawyer in BT Group’s Data Legal team.  He is currently the lead lawyer for the BT Group’s AI governance programme and is involved in all aspects of BT’s AI journey, from converting the complex legal framework into actionable policies and standards to advising on new AI use-cases.

Adriano Koshiyama is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Holistic AI, creators of the industry-leading AI Governance Platform that empowers enterprises to adopt and scale AI with confidence. Adriano has an extensive background in AI research, publishing more than 70 papers on AI auditing, assurance, and risk management. Before founding Holistic AI, Adriano worked in AI Research at Goldman Sachs and was at the Alan Turing Institute. He is an active member of the AI Risks and Accountability group at the OECD AI/GPAI, and an Honorary Research Fellow in Computer Science at University College London where he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
