Description

Join us on Tuesday 20 May for online panel session on Operational Resiliency And Technology Contracts.

Several high profile IT incidents over the past year provided a stark warning of the criticality of businesses’ resilience, including “operational resiliency,” which extends to an organization’s ability to identify and prevent disruptive events, and not just how it responds to and recovers from them.

Join us on Tuesday 20 May, online for an in-depth discussion on hot topics and key negotiation points for the increasing market and regulatory requirements around the globe for leveraging technology to support companies’ operational resilience. This will look at the state of the market in respect of key contractual provisions, such as audit and access, as well as the latest approaches to implementing the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements around third-party risk management.

Speakers:

  • Oliver Bell, Associate, Technology and Outsourcing at Morgan Lewis
  • Charlotte Roxon, Associate, Technology, Outsourcing and Commercial at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
  • James Mulligan, Associate, Technology and Outsourcing at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Who is this event for?
