SCLA Overview
The SCLA Scheme provides an efficient three-month adjudication process for resolving technology-related disputes. This includes conflicts arising from contracts for tech-related goods and services, such as software development agreements, outsourcing arrangements, system integrations, IT consultancy contracts, software licensing, blockchain/smart contracts, and cloud computing agreements.
Key Features of the Scheme:
- Broad Scope: No restrictions on the size or complexity of disputes that may be referred.
- Expert Panel: Adjudicators are drawn from a pre-selected panel maintained by SCL, ensuring expertise in both technology and dispute resolution.
- Structured Process: Designed to deliver fast and effective resolutions within a three-month timeframe.
